A4: Normally for HEILO brand, the MOQ of each model is 100pcs, for your brand, the MOQ of each model is 200pcs. But for the first time cooperation, we accept your trial sample order to check.

Q5: Is it ok to make customers' own brand name?
A5: Of course it is ok, meantime we need your authorization to use your brand and also your brand registered Certificate.

Q6: How long is HEILO's warranty?
A6: One year after you receive the B/L.

Q7: Can HEILO support OEM or ODM service?
A7: Yes, we have rich experience in OEM and ODM services, you can provide your relevant logo and its brand use authorization, or any products design ideas, we will fully cooperate to meet your needs.

Q8: What's your payment way?
A8: We accept 100% payment TT in advance; 100% irrevocable L/C at sight; 30% or 40% or 50% deposit in advance and balance before shipment for new customers and balance against B/L copy for customers more than 3 years cooperation; and also other payments like D/P.

Attention on installation and Use:
No.1: The pump must be grounded reliably before use, and shall be equipped with an electrical leakage protection device;
No.2: Do not touch the pump during operation;
No.3: Do not run the pump without water;
No.4: For three-phase notors with integrated thermal protector shut down due to overload or overheating, it is not allowed to re-connect the power until otor cooling down for more than 10 minutes;
No. 5: For water supply from industry, agriculture, mining, construction, municipal, domestic wastewater etc.;

Troubleshooting
1. Difficulty in starting: the supply voltage is too low, phase loss, the impeller is jammed, the voltage drop of cable is too large, stator winding is burnt out, should adjust the voltage to ±10% of the rated value, check switch outlet and cable and plug, fix the jammed part, select and use reasonable cable, insert winding again for overhaul.
2. Low water output: the lift is too large, the mesh enclosure is blocked, the impeller is worn seriously, the immersion depth of electric pump is shallow, with air sucked, the impeller reverses, should adjust the voltage to ±10% of the rated value, check switch outlet and cable and plug, fix the jammed part, select and use reasonable cable.
3. Stop running suddenly: switch is off, or fuse is burnt out, the power is disconnected, the impeller is jammed, stator winding is burnt out, the protector trips off, should check whether the lift used or supply voltage meets requirements and adjust it, find out the reason of outage and eliminate the faults, clear away foreign matters, insert winding again for overhaul, find causes (the supply voltage is too low, the motor is overloaded, or the impeller is blocked), and eliminate faults.
4. Stator winding is burnt out: phase loss occurs to electric pump or the running time is too long, water leaks due to damage of mechanical seal, resulting in turn-to-turn or phase-to-phase short circuit, the impeller is jammed, electric pump starts up frequently or runs out of water too long, electric pump is overloaded.
