High performance one part RTV silicone sealant specially designed for solar modules

Basic Uses
GUIBAO 888A silicone sealant for solar modules is specially designed for the following purposes
  1. Used for bonding and sealing of the frame of photovoltaic modules, and has the functions of moisture-proof, shock-proof, insulation and weather resistance;
  2. Used for bonding and fixing the junction box of photovoltaic modules.
Features
  1. Single component, easy to operate; 
  2. Thixotropic, fast curing at room temperature; 
  3. Wide range of applicable materials, high bonding strength and good flexibility;
  4. High and low temperature resistance, working temperature -50ºC~+200ºC; 
  5. Excellent electrical insulation performance; 
  6. Outstanding waterproof, weather resistance and anti-ultraviolet yellowing performance; 
  7. Pass UL certification and meet the requirements of EU Reach RoHS directive.
Colours
GUIBAO 888A is available in white, black and other customized colours.

Packaging and Storage
  1. Use 400mL/sausage, 600ml/ sausage,270kg/drum packaging, special requirements can be specified after consultation.
  2. Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place, with a shelf life of 12 months, and store and transport as non-dangerous goods.

HOW TO USE
  1. Surface treatment: clean up the impurities on the   surface of the substrate to keep it in a clean and dry   state; l
  2. Coating and curing: Extrude and evenly coat the   sealant on the surface of the cleaned parts according   to the process requirements, and complete the   curing within the specified time.
Note:
  1. Apply a bead of GB888A to one of the prepared surfaces, then quickly cover with the other substrate be bonded and remove the excess sealant
  2. Tool immediately before a skin forms
  3. A plug of used material may form in the tip of a tube or cartridge during storage. This is easily removed and does not affect the remaining contents.
  4. Air pressure should be maintained at 0.2~0.4MPa when using pneumatic gun.
Safety Instructions
During the construction and curing process, a good   ventilated environment should be maintained. Before   curing, contact with eyes should be avoided. If contact   with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical   attention in time.
