KATA  Forged Steel Line are available in types of Two Piece Split Body ,  Three   Piece Bo lt ed Body. The forging ma terial  can ensure sufficient rigidity  and st r ength under max i mum rated operation pressure .  Without   inherent law of cast . Enough wall thickness of separate body and adaptat i on of h igh  strength t i e bolts are convenient for valve   maintenance and suf fi cient to bear the stress of p ip e .  The inte rna l parts of valve are carefully designed and selected to ensure reliability   under all kinds of work conditions . All KATA   tr un n ion m ounted f orged b all v alves are designed and manufactured to the most updated inte rn ational standards API 6D , ASME B16 . 34 , BS 5351 or equivalents .  With standard features of Fire Safe, Anti-static and Stem Blow-out Proof , double block& bleed.

With all advantages of tr un n ion m ounted b all v alves ,   KATA ball valves are all designed with reasonable dimensions and outlook. It's size ranges from 2" to 56", with pressure rating from class 150 to class 2500. From 6'' and above, it's all designed with support plate structure instead of trunnion mounted. This design can greatly reduce the torque and external leakage point of the valve, ensuring that the drain valve at valve bottom is installed directly below the valve, so that residue can be completely drained when the valve works to clear the pipe.

    A:  We have API 6D, API600, API602, API609, API 607&API 6FA, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CE&PED, SIL,and ISO15848 certification.  

3. Q: How long is your delivery time?
    A: Generally it is about 45~60 days. For some urgent order, delivery can be made within 30days if there are raw material stock.

    A:  Yes, samples are available upon request.
