Product Description
Polyamide has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high softening point, good wear resistance, self-lubrication, cushioning, sound deadening, excellent oil and chemical corrosion resistance, and good electrical insulation. It is commonly used in manufacturing industry because of its excellent properties: - high strength and stiffness at high temperature - good impact strength, even at low temperature - very good flow for easy processing - good abrasion and wear resistance - excellent fuel and oil resistance - good fatigue resistance - excellent surface appearance and good processability - good electrical insulating properties - environmentally friendly, 100% recyclable.
Engineering Plastic nylon 66 nylon 6 granule :
1.Wear resistant,Thermal stability,High rigidity,Toughened;
2.High impact,High sliding,High Flow,High gloss,Weather resistance etc;
3.For our Reinforced Nylon series, it available for PA66 or PA6 with glass fiber range from 10% to 60%, for PA66 or PA6 with carbon fiber range from 10%-50%.
High fatigue strength and rigidity, good heat resistance, low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, but large moisture absorption, dimensional stability is not enough.
Application: Medium load, operating temperature < Wear-resistant bearing drive parts working at 100-120 degrees with no or little lubrication.

2.Storage:
