Performance and characteristics
1. The content of organic silicon is high, the dosage is small and it is economical.
2. A stable silicone oil emulsion, which can be diluted with water to the required concentration, down to 0.1%.
3. Give the fabric an excellent raising effect, reduce the number of raising times, and improve the raising efficiency.
4. It has a fluffy feel style, short, dense and uniform hair.
5. It has a polishing effect and can improve the gloss of the processed surface.
6. With lubricating and non-corrosive properties, it can be used as a release agent, a release agent, a film-breaking release agent for processing chicken feet recesses of latex products, and hair care.
7. Temperature resistance (50 C) and shear resistance.
8. Freezing resistance, can pass 5 freeze-thaw tests.

Scope of application
It is suitable for fabric raising agent (short-dense pile raising processing and finishing of polyester knitted fabrics and T/C fabrics) and medium non-yellowing softening agents for fabrics; as well as mold release agents for plastics and rubber; leather and furniture polishing agents; rubber resistance Adhesive; film breaker for processing chicken feet recesses of latex products; medicine and hair conditioner, etc.


Instructions
1. Raising agent application, raising polyester knitted fabrics and polar fleece
Recommended process formula:
( 1 ) . Padding method, CY-4415: 3-10g/L
( 2 ) . Dipping method, CY-4415: 0.3-1.0% (o.w.f).
2. Plastic and rubber release agent
CY-4415 is diluted with water to about 10-50%, and then applied to the mold. It can be sprayed, smeared, soaked, etc.
3. Film breaker and anti-adhesive agent for chicken feet concave in latex glove processing.  Add 2-3 g/L CY-4415 to the formula of the agglomeration tank, which can break the film in the chicken feet concave of the glove mold and make it after forming. The gloves have anti-sticking, smooth and smooth effects.
4. T ire and sole release agent
Used as a mold release agent for outer tires and a sole release agent. After applying or diluting CY-4415, spray it on the mill With on.
5. Surface polishing agent for leather and furniture
Apply directly or dilute to the required concentration, apply to the surface, and then polish until it is bright.

Adding 3-10% CY-4415 to the shampoo formula can be made into a two-in-one shampoo, or it can be directly formulated as a conditioner.

Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
Store in a cool warehouse, avoid prolonged exposure to high temperature or extremely cold environment. If it is frozen, melt at 20-40C, stir well before use.
