Description
This F ully-synthetic Cutting fluid  is formulated by  water-soluble lubricant  additives , extreme pressure additives , rust inhibitor s , alkali retainer and other additives composited   by a specific process.  It has  excellent anti rust  and lubrication  peformances , detergency , cooling and wear- debris settleability.  It also has s trong hard - water resistance  and good biological stability . It doesn ' t contain oil s , and not easy to be corrupt  with the long service life.It is especially suitable for cutting and grinding   black metal with high surface finish ment purpose .

Application Range
This F ully-synthetic Cutting fluid is s uitable for cutting  or  grinding carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, cast iron and other metal (ferrous metal, copper, etc.)
Recommended concentration range is 2% ~ 10%,
for general light load processing: 5%,
for medium load processing: 6-8%,
for heavy load processing: 8-12%.
Note: The above  information  is only for the recommended concentration. The final   concentration   will be raised or lowered according to the customer's climate environment, water quality conditions and technological requirements at the operation site s .

Keep the oil tank clean when using, oil tank and oil circuit should be cleaned when changing oil in order to prevent foreign matter pollution. Prevent mixing with other oil products. Different types of hydraulic oils should not be mixed.
