Product Description

Concrete Additive to Reduce Fluid Nloss in High Temperature
G-JSJ fluid loss additive is made by polymerization modification of AMPS, low molecular amide, polyhydroxycarboxylic acid, etc. It aggregates water-soluble polymer molecular chains to reduce the permeability of cement slurry filter cake, thereby achieving the effect of fluid loss reduction. At the same time, various functional groups are introduced during the polymerization process to enhance high-temperature and salt resistance.

Cement slurry formula
1.polymerized by AMPS, low molecular amide, multi hydroxy carboxylic acid, auxiliary solvent,etc.                      
2.Anti temperature property: 30~230ºC.    
3.Anti salt property:fresh water until saturated brine.                            
4.Water solubility:dissolved in water easily.                                      
5.Filtration property: <150ml API FL.    
6.Generally dosage range: 0.6~3.0% (BWOC)  
7.Good compatibility with other additives.  

9.The cement slurry thickening transition time is short, close to right angle thickening.  
10.Suitable for low, conventional and high density cement slurry system .            
11.Having a little retarding property to the cement slurry.

Packaging and storage

25kg bags are used, or according to customer requirements.
The shelf life is 24 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it must be inspected and qualified before use. Store in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. It is recommended to stack bags no more than 8 layers high.
