Pentapeptide-18 is a modified enkephalin that binds to extracellular and enkephalin receptors and releases
the G protein group (a, β, v). Thus, the calcium channel is closed, the vesicles are unable to fuse, and
the release of acetylcholine is blocked and the neurons are in a non-excited state. Therefore, 
contraction is weakened to prevent the formation of fine lines and wrinkles.
