Automatic Terminal Welding Machine


1. Application: F or welding the terminals for 36Ah-200Ah batteries.
2. Operation: The battery will be positioned automatically by the photoelectric sensor, after clamping, the machine head will descend and the fixture will clamp the terminals, the flame will weld the terminals, after reaching the setting time, the fire will close automatically. The fixture will release and the machine head will go up. The conveyor will transfer the battery to the next process.  
3. Feature : The machine is automatic, parameters are adjustable, three heads and two working stations, the gun head rotation speed is adjustable, PLC control, HMI operation. The automatic switch will control the valves for welding.
4. Production Capacity : 1.5~2pcs batteries / min
