LH-SJ301 Versatile flux for welding of ordinary structural steel and boiler steel matching with suitable SAW wire (such as EM12, EM12K and EL8), which can obtain smooth weld bead with flat weld interfaces free from undercut. Stable arc and good slag detachability, form shot slag in welding, no phenomenon of slag-flow are other special features of LH-SJ301. It can be used to the Multi-pass weld and multi-wire weld, especially to weld pipelines in various diameters.

Usage:
When applied to various welding wires, such as AWS EL12 (LINCOLN L60), AWS EM12K (LINCOLN L-61), it can weld Low-carbon steels, Low-alloy steels and pressure vessels.
It is fit for fast welding of thin steel sheet like gas steel tanks and membrane water- cooled wall in boiler factory.
