Product Description

JOYBLACK™   PA8181 is PA (Polyamide)  based  high-end black masterbatch.
It has excellent dispersion,high jetness, high gloss and high tinting strength.
It adopt with powder grinding process,effectively reduced the frenquency of filling up and broken wires.

It has excellent dilution and easy processing performance in the production process. 
The final articles made with this series of black masterbatch have strong tinting strength,
heat and light resistance.
It is widely used in textile fiber spinning, high-grade electrical products molding and compounding.
 
Method of Addition
JOYBLACK PA8181 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing in
plastic melt and therefore suit for direct addition or by pre-blending.
 
Addition Rate
The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of final
application,the typical addition rates vary from 0.8-2%.
 
Packaging &Storage
25KG/ bag in pellets form (polyethylene bag). Store in a dry place.
Recommended storage life: up to one year if stored as directed.
Suggest to retest the moisture content before use if more than one year

Application
It is 30% carbon black with excellent dispersion, anti  heat and light and has strong tinting
strength with dosage about 0.8-2%.   
It shows a red and yellow undertone in final articles.
