2. Description:                                                     
SJ 102   is an agglomerated fluoride-basic type flux. B‖W=1.6,mesh 10-60,the shape is gray-white round grain.It can assure very pure weld metal,very low level of residue elements in all-weld which will perform excellent resistance to crack. The slag removal is easy at high temperature,with smooth and defect free weld bead appearance.
It should be re-dried under 300-350 ºC  for 2 hours. Rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.

3. Applications: 
For surfacing/hardfacing/cladding of rollers for continuous casting,steel rolling,transporting,and also some kinds of wearproof materials,etc.
The flux is suited to combine with high alloy wire(sold wire or flux-cored wire),such as 414,414N,410NiMoV,and 13%Cr series of flux-cored wires or sold wires.

1. We get values in data sheets from tests carried out in accordance to AWS and GB standard procedure. They only represent values we get under those conditions. They are not to be taken as guarantees. AS to welding ,individual test results may depending on experience & technique, flux type, base metal, joint preparation, flux preparation, ampere, voltage, etc.
2. If welding fluxes are stored in improper environment or influenced by condensed moisture, anyway, they get damp, please dry them at 300-350 for 2 hours before usage.
3. Please clean the rust,oil,water on base metal before welding.
4. Add minimum 20% new flux when using recovered flux to avoid welding defects and maintain welding performance & mechanical properties.
5. Please control parameters properly, like preheat temperature, interpass temperature,cooling rate.
