1BZ series  traction hydraulic offset heavy disc harrow  has several models, including 1BZ-2.2(20 pcs blades),1BZ-2.5(24 pcs blades),1BZ-3.0(28 pcs blades), 1BZ-3.4(32 pcs blades)  and etc.. It is mainly suitable for stubble removal before farming, surface hardening removal, straw chopping and returning to the field, soil crushing after farming, leveling and moisture conservation, etc. it can also replace the plow for soil tillage on mature land. It has high operation efficiency, reasonable power utilization, strong soil breaking ability, flat surface and loose and broken soil after raking, and has strong adaptability to sticky soil, wasteland and land with many weeds.
Feature
This type of disc harrow absorbs the advantages of foreign similar advanced products and is designed according to the standard. The whole machine adopts combined structure, takes the integral rigid harrow frame as the main body, and is equipped with hydraulic lifting and landing transportation rubber wheel, spring leveling mechanism and special outer spherical inner square hole sealed rolling bearing for disc harrow. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, firmness and durability, convenient transportation, small return rotation radius, easy adjustment Maintenance and other advantages.
