2. During the warranty,if any quality claims,we will ask for documents(usually guarantee cards), photos and detailed reports of the defects and the possible causes, once it is confirmed, we will send free spare parts to make maintenance, if the pumps are not possible to be repaired,we will send new pumps for free in next shipments.
3. We will always include 2% free spare parts which can be easily damaged in each shipment,for your usual easy maintenance. 2% is 2% of the order quantity.
