Superalloy GH2132 NS1058 NS18XA forms plate/coil/pipe/rod/bar 
GH132 is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr-based superalloy with molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron for comprehensive strengthening. It has high yield strength and long-lasting, creep strength below 650°C, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature load-bearing parts of aero engines that work below 650°C for a long time, such as turbine discs, press discs, rotor blades and fasteners. The alloy can produce deformed products of various shapes, such as discs, forgings, plates, rods, wires and rings. High-quality GH132 alloy is developed on the basis of GH132 alloy, as long as it is to improve the purity of the alloy, limit the gas content, control the low melting point element content, and adjust the heat treatment system, so that the thermal strength and long-term use performance of the alloy are improved.

GH132 Variety Specifications and Supply Status Various sizes of rods, plates, wires, discs and rings can be supplied. GH132 melting and casting process GH132 alloy can be melted by non-vacuum induction + electroslag, electric arc furnace + electroslag and electric arc furnace + vacuum arc and vacuum induction + vacuum arc. High-quality GH132 alloy can be melted using vacuum induction + vacuum arc process.
