Product Description
44504 is mainly composed of p olyester polyether   deri vatives.
M odified p olyester polyether  block copolymer is hydrophilic. I t has affinity for polyester, which can impart polyester washable hydrophilic effect.
T he processed fabrics have excellent hygroscopicity , air permeability , wearability  and moisture wicking , which can quickly deflect sweat and moisture away from the skin surface  and eliminate the defects of polyester fabrics, as impermeability  and no moisture absorption , etc.

  1. O bviously improves the washable hydrophilicity and moisture wicking performance of polyester fibers.
  2. E xcellent washability. After washing 30 times, still keeps excellent performance of moisture wicking, electricity resistance and easily removing dirt.

Instruction
  1. Padding process:
Reference dosage: 30~40g/ L
Pickup: 50~60%
Setting: 170~180ºC
 
  1. D ipping process: (In high temperature and high pressure dyeing bath)
Reference dosage of: 2~4% (o.w.f)
B ath ratio: 1:8~1:10
130ºC×30~60 min

N ote:
        1. To ensure the washability , it is recommended to use in padding process. P lease ensure the setting temperature should not be below 170ºC.
        2. B ecause of the color fastness problem, if it cannot be in high-temperature setting, kindly suggest to add 1~2% in dyeing bath and then add 10~20 g/ L in setting process.
        3. F or using in same bath with dyeing, kindly suggest to use acid reduction cleaning process in the subsequent washing process.
I f it can use alkali reduction cleaning process only due to the bath type, please use sodium carbonate  ( caustic soda  should not be used).

A ttention
  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
  2. Please s tore in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure .
