Product Description

JOYBLACK™   AS95593 is AS( Styrene Acrylonitrile ) based high-end black masterbatch.
It has  high jetness,high carbon black concentration,excellent dispersion and high gloss.
AS95593 is 18nm carbon black with 45% concentration, pure 100% new AS resins carrier.
It  gives excellent dispersibility,  high gloss ,  high jetness  to final articles. 
It also supply perfect black colorant effection and tinting strength with low dosage about 0.8-2%.   
No wax formulation in case of frog,low powder ratio. 
It wildly apply in plastic polymer compounding as colorant.
It offers excellent dilution, universality and ease of processing in compounding.
The final articles made with AS95593 will retain excellent gloss, chemical resistance and weatherability resistance.

Method of Addition
JOYBLACK™  AS95593 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing in
plastic melts and therefore suit for direct addition or by pre-blending.
 
Addition Rate
The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of final
application,the typical addition rates vary from 0.8-2%.
 
Packaging
25KG/ bag in pellets form (polyethylene bag). Store in a dry place.
Recommended storage life: up to one year if stored as directed.
Suggest to retest the moisture content before use if more than one year

Application 
The applications are wildly spread in our eveday life. Such as:the high end household
appliances' molded parts; Industrials applications in automotive parts interior and exterior.
 
It is hard but our process can supply low powder and uniformity granule.
It is high jetness and high gloss, the L value can reach 22. 
It has perfect compatibility with ABS, ASA, SAN,PC/ABS alloy, excellent compatibility with PC
and good compatibility with Nylon, PBT,PS. It 's popular in automobile industry.
