Upgrade Digital Sonic Cleaning Machine is the series for both ultrasonic power and heater power increased 30%-100%. it is for higher requirement cleaning cleaner machine. This upgrade sonic cleaner is also with semi wave and degas function. By increasing heater power, it can make heating up shorter, extremely helping for cleaning in winter. For ultrasonic power plus function, it is for some auto / aircraft parts/tools require higher cleaning
power, stronger cleaning power application.
For Heater plus is widely used and required for most cleaning requirement. And it is help better cleaning experience with shorter cleaning time.

Step 1: Fill water / cleaning solution into the tank ;
Step 2: Plug power into the ultrasonic cleaner machine ;
Step 3: add some drops of cleaning agent,
Step 4: Select the timer '
Step 4-1: If fragile / high valued items, choose " Semi wave" to try cleaning,
Step5: Push "On "button, the cleaner start working ,
Step 6: Optional to push " Degas " button , let degas function works
Step7 : If want to use heater function, push " Heater: button to make better cleaning ;
Step7-2 : If want to use ultrasonic power plus function, push " Heater: button on the right;
Step8: When cleaning work is finished, the ultrasonic cleaner will auto shut off.
Step9: Push "Heater" and " Degas" button off.
Step10:Drainage water out and use cloth to wipe dry the tank of ultrasonic cleaner.
Why some customers require Heater Power plus?
In many cleaning application, most will use heating power. Because most cleaning agent with better cleaning effect under the
temperature of 50-80ºC. But in winter, most liquid or water is in 1-20ºC. In order to make better cleaning effect, most cleaning task
will use heater to heat up the liquid or water. If heater power plus to 50%-100%, it will save heating up time. So it shorten the cleaning time.
When cleaning auto/aircarft parts or tools, and other machine engine parts, most these products are with oil and rust.
So regular ultrasonic power is not enough. Customers would like stronger and higher transducer power to make better cleaning.
In this situation, some customers require ultrasonic power plus . We can make ultrasonic power plus as per customer's requirement.
