Highly Recommended Applications

Architectural coatings 

Toynol ADS-20/50/70 can improve storage stability( gloss and leveling), meanwhile, enhance color acceptance and development in color modulation. 

Recommended dosage

Dispersion without resin:

Titanium dioxide(70%):3-7%(based on powder,SOP dispersant)

Inorganic fillers: 2-6%(based on powder,SOP dispersant)

Dispersion with resin:

0.3-1% additive(sop)based on total formula

Operation proposals

1. Do not add wetting agents separately.

2. Toynol ®  wetting agents can accelerate original powder wetting.

3. Adding Toynol ®  defoamers can quickly eliminate grinding foam.

4. To obtain optimal performance, Toynol ®  additives must be added in water before resin and pigment.

5. Advise gradient test to get optimal dosage.
 
Storage

As liquid material, this product should be sealed and placed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place at room temperature
