Product Name: High efficient Dispersing Agent specialized  in Pigment Paste
Features: Has an excellent dispersing ability for  organic, inorganic pigment.
Appearance: Transparent light yellowish liquid

Application:
  1. The preparation of high concentration of water-based pigment paste and textile printing pigment p aste, water-based ink and paper making coating etc.
Dispersing grinding auxiliary WBS-18 is the main dispersing agent of organic pigment. Has excellent dispersing ability for  organi c pigment and inorganic  pigment . Can make the pigment particle to be stable  th rough strict hindrance, prevent flocculant . It has excellent dispersing effect on most of organic pigment such as red, yellow, orange and phthalocyanine blue and green, permanent violet etc. Can prepare high solid content pigment paste, and enhance pigment paste brilliance and strength.
WBS-18 especially applied in water-based pigment paste making, also has a better dispersing effect on inorganic pigment .  T herefore, this auxiliary was called " universal water-based pigment dispers ing agent ".
Recipe of preparing water-based pigment paste:
A: Pigment: 35-50%;        Ethylene glycol: 4 % ;
Triethanolamine: 0.5%       WBS -18 10 -12% ;  
Water: X
Pigment paste dispersed by WSB-18 has good stability, without aggregation and separation, can be blended with water-based coatings, shade evenly, no flooding and floating.
(2)Prepare water-based coatings, latex paints etc.
W BS -18   dispersing in water stability, has good dispersing effect on inorganic and organic pigments and fillers, excellent a nti-flocculating affect. And have good compatibility with styrene-acrylic and pure acrylic emulsion. General dosage is 0.4-2.0% ( Counted according to solid content).  

The following are the pigment paste preparation technologies only used dispersing agent and blended with emulsifier:

1.   Preparation technology of high content Scarlet Red:
R2,R112,R170 etc. Red: 45%
Dispers ing  WBS-18: 6-8%
Ethylene Glycol: 4%
Water: X
Total: 100%
Note: If combined with emulsifier (such as Partial, EL, OP-10 etc.) at the same time, viscosity of the pigment paste will be increased, so be sure to remember that don't add emulsifier  when making high content pigment paste !
2.   Dispersing and grinding technology 1 of water-based carbon black pigment paste:
Carbon black: 36-40%
Emulsifier: 3% ( Or instead of wetting agent 1% max)
Dispersing Agent W BS -18: 3-4%
E thylene glycol:  4-5%
Triethanolamine: 0-0.5%(Adjust PH value,or not add is ok).
Water: X
Total: 100%
Prepared carbon black pigment paste has good dispersing ability, good fastness and high brightness.

High effective dispersing and grinding technology 2 of water-based carbon black pigment paste:
Carbon black: 36%
Dispersing agent W BS -18: 6-7%
E thylene glycol: 4-5%   
Triethanolamine: 0-0.5%(Adjust PH value,or not add is  ok)
Water: X

Prepared carbon black pigment paste has good dispersing ability, good fastness and high brightness.
3.   High o f   active dispersing and grinding technology 1 of water-based   phthalocyanine blue and green pigment paste:
Phthalocyanine Blue B 15:0     40-42 %
Emulsifier: 3%  
Dispersing Agent WBS-18: 3-5%
E thylene glycol: 3-6%
Triethanolamine: 0-0.5%(Adjust PH value,or not add is ok)
Water: X

High effective dispersing and grinding technology 2 of water-based phthalocyanine blue and green pigment paste:
Phthalocyanine Blue 15:0   42%
Dispersing Agent WBS-18     8-9%
E thylene glycol:        4-5%
Triethanolamine:     0-0.3%(Adjust PH value,or not add is ok)
Water: X
Total: 100%
H igh content pigment paste  prepared by the above technology , has good dispersing   ability, good  f astness and high brightness.
Note:
1.   Other organic pigment paste also can be prepared in this way.
 
  1.   When grinding paste, can add a right amount of defoamer and bactericide according to the situation.
