Recommended Dosage

For organic pigment(Based on pigment, Toynol® dispersants calculate solid content SOP):10-50%. The above recommended dosage can be used for reference. Optimal dosage should be determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Operation Guidance

Do not add wetting agents separately. If you really meet the difficult to wet pigment, you can add Toynol® wetting agents to accelerate the wetting of raw powder.
Adding Toynol® defoamers can quickly eliminate the foam in grinding operation.
To obtain optimal performance, Toynol® additives must be added in water before resin and pigment.

Transportation and storage

When stored or transported at a temperature lower than 0 ºC, separation or turbidity may occur. Heat to 20 ºC and stir well before use.

As liquid material, this product should be sealed and placed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place at room temperature away from fire source. For any other information, please refer to MSDS.
