Dispersing Agent Dotsperse 24000 for PU Dry Lamination Ink
Dispersant Dotsperse 24000 is used to improve pigment dispersion and provide stability in solvent media. Suitable for
industrial coatings (solvent-based), environmentally friendly packaging inks (alcohol, ester solvents), packaging inks
(benzene, ester, ketone solvents); retort-resistant inks; UV inks.
1. It is a polyester multi-chain polymer dispersant. It is widely used in solvent-based and UV ink and coating systems. It has excellent grinding and dispersing effects on carbon black and organic pigments; especially For various gravure packaging inks and UV offset printing ink systems, the dispersed pigments are more prominent, with very good color development and viscosity reduction effects.
2. Widely used in various solvent-based gravure inks (especially PU composite inks), UV offset printing ink systems to disperse and grind carbon black and organic pigments.
3. How to use: Dissolve the dispersant in the solvent in advance, and then add the pigment.
4. Addition amount: The addition amount should be determined according to the surface area of the pigment/filler. Typically, the amount of active dispersant is 2MG per square meter of pigment surface area, which is simply the surface area divided by 5. Usually 10% of organic pigments, 10-20% of carbon black.
