Product Description
44211 is mainly composed of special compounds.
B y emulsifying and dispersing, it can block the cation and anion  reaction between acid leveling agent and acid fixing agent and the polymerization reaction  among acid fixing agent and other  macromolecule .
I t can be applied for preventing fixing defects for fabrics of nylon and nylon/ spandex processed by acid fixing agent.

Instruction
R eference dosage: 1~1.5 g/ L
R eference process:
After dyeing, has water washing normally. A dd 44211 in the water washing before fixing. T hen process for 20 minutes at 40~50ºC.

D yeing → Draining → Water washing for 1~2 times → Draining → Add 44211  and run for 20 minutes to pre-treat the fabric  (40~50ºC) → Draining → Fixing

A ttention
  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
  2. Please s tore in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure .
