PS is a thermoplastic non-crystalline resin, mainly divided into general grade.

Polystyrene (PS), CAS No. 9003-53-6, molecular formula C8H8, mainly used for foam molding, used for insulation, insulation, shock,packaging materials and floating products. Universal (R) for packaging materials; flame retardant (F) for construction, thermal insulation materials.
