Product Brief:
YRFC-06A is used to the polyurethane formulation system with powder filler as anti-settle dispersant or viscosity reducer, which is also called viscosity reduction agent, leveling agent, anti settling agent, anti powder precipitation hardening agent.

Solubility : Slightly soluble in water, soluble in general polyurethane system .

Applications :
It is suitable for polyurethane formulations with powder filler (calcium carbonate, talcum powder, barium sulfate, etc.), such as polyurethane ordinary foam, rigid foam, elastomer, floor coating, silicon PU stadium, plastic runway and so on.

Features & Advantage :
YRFC-06A is a high-efficiency anti settling agent designed for polyurethane system materials with powder fillers. The characteristic groups contained in its structure can strengthen the charge repulsion between powders and the compatibility between materials with different polarities. It can be dispersed and adsorbed on the surface of a large number of powder particles by adding a very small amount, effectively reducing the adsorption between powder particles and reducing the viscosity of the system, so as to reduce the viscosity of the system, improve leveling, reduce scratches, and prevent the accumulation and hardening of powder fillers. The application characteristics of the product are as follows:

1. The viscosity reduction effect is immediate.   The experimental results show that for medium viscosity system (viscosity about 10000 mPa.s), the dosage is only 0.1-0.3% of the system powder by weight, and the viscosity can be reduced by 70%; For some extremely high viscosity systems (viscosity is about hundreds of thousands of centipoises), the viscosity can even be reduced by 80%-90%.
2. Prevent settlement and hardening.  Prevent the powder filler from forming sedimentation and hardening at the bottom of the barrel which is difficult to stir and disperse after long-term storage.
3. Effectively reduce surface defects such as bubbles, bu lges  and depressions.  Significantly reduce the viscosity, improve the material fluidity, greatly improve the leveling during construction, reduce scratches, improve the filling of small holes in concave convex base (such as cement foundation), facilitate the timely discharge of air in the holes and reduce bubbles.
4. Reduce costs.   Thanks to the excellent viscosity reduction effect, the amount of filler can be increased, so as to reduce the comprehensive cost.

• Add  into  the filler components while stirring, and shear appropriately to disperse evenly without special temperature control.
• The recommended addition amount is 0.1-0.3% of the powder by weight .

Handling & Storage :
Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunligh t, excessive heat  and rain .  And pay attention to airtight storage.

Shelf Life :
The unopened shelf life is 24  months from the date of manufacture. After the shelf life, if the dispersion and anti sedimentation are not reduced, it can still be used as qualified products.
