Introduction
 

The 6th XGJ560 wood pellet will  is new generation for the vertical ring die structure pellet machines. 

This wood pellet machine is updated based on last generation with diamter 560mm rign die fixed on the machine, and 2 rollers set on the main shaft and make the rotary against innner side of the ring die. 

6th XGJ560 sawdsut pelletizer machine good for press different kind of biomass materials, such as agriculture wast, corn stralk, corn cob, rice husk, rice straw, peanut husk, sunflower husk, such as different kind of wood, such as beech, oak, teak, acacia, rubber wood... 

This generation of biomass fuel pellet mill with big gearbox, with advantage as follow:

1-all gears flat connecting no taper gears, structure more properly than before, 

2-and gears more bigger and tronger than before, roughly no need change the gears , 

3-the motor shaft and the machine main shaft directly connecting into the gearbox, so machine transmission efficiency is more higher than before.
