YUCHAI small and mini-wheel loader is a customized, efficient, energy-saving, comfortable and versatile compact wheel loader. It is mainly used for short-distance shovel loading and transfer of loose soil, sand, coal, garbage, and other small bulk materials. It is widely used in farm, ranch, construction and other places.

Reliability
It is equipped with a well-known brand engine special for construction machinery, which also has large torque reserve and strong power.

The dual high-low speed reinforced transmission is made of high quality gears, bearings, oil seals and other key components, equipped with the transmission oil filter , making the transmission have longer service life

The hydraulic system is designed according to heavy-duty loader standard. The pipes and fittings are all applied with 24° cone sealing to avoid oil leakage effectively. Sucking and returning  oil circuit  of hydraulic  oil tank adopts dual filter, which  makes the system  cleaner , and the service  life of hydraulic  components is tripe  longer than the industry  average level .

Electronic-controlled china tier 3 engine, the specific power -matching technology with P.E.S (heavy-load, medium-load, light load) power control mode, which can be reasonably selected  according to the operating conditions. Not only ensure the machine dynamic performance, but also reduce the energy consumption and improve the productivity

The heavy-duty front and rear frames use high-strength steel plates, which applies with CAE finite element analysis technology. The structure is reasonable, with strong bearing capacity and high reliability.

The engine air-intake three-stage filtration system effectively reduces the early wearing of the engine
It is equipped with casting reinforced drive axle. It is equipped with large modulus spiral bevel gear and planetary gear. The main drive and hub reduction use dual seals which have good sealing effect, strong, bearing capacity and high reliability

The work device has a large bucket withdraw-back angel and good translational movement performance. It uses durable bimetal sleeve and high frequency quench  pin shaft, which  service  life is double  longer than the industry  average level.
