Product Introduction

Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (PT-7) is a synthetic peptide comprised of four amino acids whose sequence is SSNA (Serine, Serine, Asparagine, Alanine). As in PP-4, palmitic acid is attached to the peptide chain as a penetration enhancer to drive the peptide through the stratum corneum. PT-7 was formulated with the goal of suppressing the body's production of excess interleukins, the chemical messengers which trigger the body's acute inflammatory response which leads to glycation damage.

The active ingredient of PT-7 (palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 stock solution) was palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, which was a fragment derived from immunoglobulin IgG. This fragment was modified by palmitoyl to increase fat solubility and could be markedly reduces the level of the inflammatory factor interleukin (IL-6), which was more pronounced in UV-injured cells, eliminates skin inflammation and reduces wrinkles. At the same time, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 also promoted the synthesis of type I collagen, fibronectin and hyaluronic acid to give the skin the best.

Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 is the anti wrinkle heptapeptide is an elongation of the famous hexapeptide Arginreline,it reduces the depth of wrinkles on the face caused by the contraction of muscles of facial expression.

Dosage

This product can be directly added to the aqueous phase of the cosmetic formulation below 40°C, and added at the final stage of the formulation. The recommended addition amount is 2%~8% for 50ppm and 1%~4% for 100ppm.
