The GREAT TKL-II Series FSD 2-Stage Screw Air Compressor there are different models to choose from: the motor power from 15kw to 630Kw, the working pressure is 8Bar, 10Bar and 13Bar, the flow capacity from 2.2m³/min to 121.7m³/min, Air cooling and Water cooling. We can also customize according to your needs.

Air End:
1. The two-stage air end has two independent compression units, using integrated design.
2. The air end is adopted the design concept of large rotor with low speed, the spindle speed is around 1500, low noise, low vibration.
3. The oil circuit design is optimized, forced atomized oil cooling is adopted between stages, so the air end is closer to isothermal compression.
4. The air end used the design of constant pressure ratio, less leakage, improve volume efficiency.
5. Reasonable wall thickness design, optimize the design cost.
Motor:
1. Oil cooling high efficiency motor. Insulation grade F, protection grade IP54,adapt to the high dusty environment. IE4 Efficiency motor efficiency.
2. Low noise, high efficiency, better life-span. Split design, Easy for installation and service
3. Without gearbox design, motor is connected directly with rotor through the coupling, high transmission efficiency.
4. Independent cooling fan design, so that the motor cooling is not affected by the speed regulation.
Intelligent control system :
1. Direct display: discharge temperature, discharge pressure, operating frequency, current, power, running state, etc.
2. Real-time monitoring of discharge temperature, discharge pressure, current, frequency fluctuation.
3. Optional the Internet of things module, external cloud intelligent management system, realize the functions such as remote start-stop and remote online monitorin.

1) The first compression rotor and the secondary compression rotor are combined in one cabinet, and directly driven by helical gear, each stage rotor can get optimal liner velocity. Compared with single-stage compression, 2-stage compression is the most efficient isothermal compression.
2) Reduce the internal leakage and improves the volume efficiency.
3) Greatly reduces the bearing load, improves the bearing life, and extends the life of main engine.
