What is Sulfamide ?

White or quasi-white crystals. Soluble in alcohol, soluble in hot water, insoluble in cold water, ether and benzene properties. At room temperature, it can absorb dry gas to form colorless complex, stable in acidic, neutral and alkaline aqueous solutions. Sulfonamides are stable, readily available and compatible in a variety of reaction conditions, including transition metal-catalyzed cross-linking reaction, amide/ester formation reaction, nucleophilic alkylation reaction, etc., so sulfonamides are the best reagent sources for late sulfonyl groups.
