32+32ton New Type Double Girders Electric Double Winch Trolley Eot Crane

QE overhead crane is designed to operate in the indoor workshop or outdoor for handling long materials. The double trolley can be lifted or run independently; when long items need to be lifted, the transfer switch on the console can realize synchronous lifting and synchronous operation.

This series of double trolley cranes meet the requirements of GB/T3811 "Crane Design Specification" and GB14405 "General OverheadCrane", and is suitable for lifting and transporting long items (such as wind power towers, pipe piles, telephone poles, steel Molds, steel pipes, wood, paper rolls, etc.). After taking wind and rain protection measures, it can be used in the open-air environment.

The normal environment used by this series of double trolley cranes is: the ambient temperature is -20°C~+40°C, the relative humidity is ≤85%, and the altitude is ≤1000 meters.
There are 5+5 tons, 8+8 tons, 10+10 tons, 20+20 tons, 32+32 tons, 40+40 tons, 50+50 tons, 100+100 tons, 130+130 tons, 150 +150 tons and other standard lifting weight, span 7.5-40 meters.

7). Both side of all the steel plate of crane are pretreatment by pretreatment production line,Sand blasting-- Primer spray--Primer
drying. Eliminate the innerstress of steel plate, increase the adhesive force of the steel structure. Ensure the appearance and
anticorrosion quality.
