Steel gratings consists of   bearing flat steel   and   cross bar   ( twisted square bars, square bars, round bars, flat bars etc.), to form a kind of steel products with square lattices among them. Their main applications are drain covers, steel   work platform panels, and steel stair treads.
 

Welding method:  By manual or by machine.

 

" Weijia" Steel Grating bearing weight 1-50 ton   Product can be customized if bearing weight over 50 ton.
For people walking, 30*3 mm bearing bar is enough.  For cars, 40*4 mm bearing bar is okay.  For small truck, 60*5 mm bearing bar will be safe.

Surface treatment:  hot dip galvanized, electro galvanized, powder coated, painted....
