3. Features : 


1)  Multi-Fuction : Linear edge banding machine with Pre-milling--gluing--end trimming--rough trimming--fine trimming--scrapping--buffing. 

2)  Pre-mi l ling  is equipped with  double trim-blades work ing  on the waved effect  in order to revise the plate before the following process.
 
3)  Gluing   and press  mechanism adopts glue melting device to gelatinize the plates and tape uniformly, meanwhile make sure they can be conglutinated firmly.

4)  End-trimming  mechanism  is to cut the forward and rear tape after gluing and press process by the movement of the  precise guide track,  it is with  automatic tracking and high frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface smoothly.

5)  Rough &Fine Trimming  unit, with two individual high frequency motors, trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom side of the panel, ensure  both  side s  of the edge smooth and even.

6) Contour Tracking: Profiling unit is to make board end more smooth and aesthetic.
 
7)  Slotting unit,  it is a optional function, used to slot out grooves on panel to install glass, back panel etc.

8)  Scraping  unit for a perfect finishing of the applied edge.

9)  B uffing   unit is equipped with  cotton polishing whee ls  to make smooth surface   b y end-polishing .
