DMAE is a precursor of acetylcholine, a neuro-mediator which plays an important role in the skin. Keratinocytes, fibroblasts, myofibroblasts, sweat cells and endothelial cells, have membrane receptors and respond to acetylcholine. The tensile effect of DMAE results in a cholinergic stimulation of membrane receptors of fibroblasts, and stimulates progressive concentration of the myofilaments of its cytosol. DMAE also has antiradical and anti-lipofuscine activities and it repairs the proteinic cross linking (collagen and elastin) of the area.

How to use:

1. The injection interval of mesoderm was 0.5-1cm, the injection dose was 0.3-0.4ml, the density of local key relaxation and wrinkle sites was strengthened, and the injection depth was 3-5mm.  The target layer is dermis and connective tissue  
 
2. The epidermal layer injection is point-to-point injection, the injection dose is 0.1, and the injection method is water drop.  It mainly tightens the epidermal tissue.  
 
3. Microneedle operation: the needle length is 2.5-3mm, and the forehead length is 0.5.  Do a full face lift.  
 
   
Course arrangement  
 
3-6 times for a course of treatment, the first three times for intensive treatment period, once a week, late maintenance once a month.
