CGF washing, filling ,capping 3 in 1 unit is a new type equipment, which base on years' usual practice and adopt the advanced technology ,and absorb many clients' views 
It meets the client's requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient.
It can deliver the bottles automatically by blind and then washing ,drying ,filling ,covering ,capping by order automatically.
It is impossible to cover lids when the bottles are 't up to the limited level, or don't arrive to the limited possible, or to adjust the speed freely, for it employs the advanced PLC system and frequency conversion and speed control system.

The   function   of touching the screen enables the operation easier and faster. It is mainly used to non-carbonated beverage (pure water and mineral water). Complete Bottle Water Plant
1) The complete drinking water plant has suspending bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.
2) The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
3) The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.
4) Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and do no harm to the caps.
5) Advanced technologies, such as human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC program control are adopted in this mineral water plant machine.
6) All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel. The critical electrical components are from famous international companies, such as Mitsubishi, Omron to name a few. Feature

3.Filling part in the automatic pure water filling sealing machine is composed of filling barrel, filling valves (normal temperature and normal pressure filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, vacuum pump, etc.
4.Capping part in the automatic pure water filling sealing machine is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regulator, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
