Machine introduction: 
YPC12-F2 anti-corrosive piston type filling machine, is newly-designed machine model by our company, which is more advanced than other common anti-corrosive filling machine. 
YPC12-F2 indeed can reach goal that the 100% no leaking. 
YPC12-F2 series, depend on production capacity people want, other model such as, YPC6-F2, YPC8-F2, YPC10-F2, YPC16-F2, with filling heads in different quantities. 
YPC12F2 can be used to fill corrosive liquid both with sticky or not, can fill round bottle or any other bottles(e.g: angle neck bottle). Liby group in china, the leading MFG for toilet disinfection and dishwashing products, has purchased 8 production lines from us, YPC21-F2 included. 
 
Technical Characters: 
(1) Whole machine making material uses PP material, which is much better than stainless steel in anti-corrosive function. We are the first also best company who make machine in PP material for anti-corrosive. 
(2)Three-way valves, we install them separately from filling and let them in isolated roon in machine 
back. Such valves will not touch the corrosive liquid and not be damaged by corrosive air, too. 
(3)Piston cylinders are set under the machine back, which is tailor-designed fro anti-corrosive. And Pistons have 2 sealing rings, which guarantee it 100% no leaking and dripping, but also guarantee that after use in several years, even the sealing rings damaged, it also have no leaking and dripping. The replace of sealing rings is easy and simple, too. 
(4) The piston cylinders we use are made of glasses. Inner wall of this glass piston cylinder is very smooth and has very small resistance to sealing rings, more longer life and convenient. 
(5)Specially-designed drawing valve are made of F4 material.

12 filling heads, can fill 3 circles each minute for 100ml-1000ml. 
10/16/20/24/28 filling nozzles, for people to choose, according to the production capacity.

1.Service of guaranteeing to keep the product:   the product has one year's guarantee with it from the day of being tested and qualified. In the guarantee period, the product's damage is not man-made, free repair. (Note: the wearing parts is not in the guarantee period).

2.Debugging service:   the supplier is responsible for dispatching persons to debug and train worker in situ. After qualifying, the demand writes up the acceptance report.

3.Training service:   the supplier and the demand friendly cooperate. The supplier dispatches the technicians to assist
installation, debugging, after qualifying and during trial running, train the related operational persons till they can normally
use the product and the machine can normally run.

4.Maintenance service:   When the equipment has troubles which the demand can't resolve them through repair, the supplier should give reply in 24h.

5.Lifelong service:   after ending the guarantee period, we still offer the lifelong service, and provide preferentially paid
wearing parts for you.

6.Parts' service:   out of the guarantee period, we can provide in time the perfect parts service.

7.Acceptance delivering service:   after the product is finished, per the user's need, the supplier notice the demand in advance to dispatch person going to supplier for acceptance, after qualifying to deliver.

8.Archive service:   after carrying out the contract, the supplier is responsible for providing the product and its parts, operation sheet, conformity certificate, equipment's material report as well as the relevant information.
