FeatureSide-wall corrugated wave conveyor belt is often used to prevent the scattering of conveyed materials, due to the space limitation of the space or in case of the lifting materials at large slope. I can convey the materials at a large slope from 0 degree to 90 degrees.

1. Adding intermediate layer and adapting a plastic cord nylon in the middle of waveform ribs, improving the tear-resistant, torsion resistant, and vertical stiffness, extending the span life of the ribs.
2. Adapting s short nylon fiber mix and assembled with our adsive system, the separator has features of high hardness, impoact resistant and and strong to tear.
The tensile strength between base band, ribs, separator reach 22.3mpa, and tensile elongation over 420%.
