Mechanical Properties
1. Spindle short nose straight connection design, the transmission efficiency of spindle motor to maximize the cutting rigidity, improve machining accuracy,
and prolong the life of spindle.
2. Three axis adopts Taiwan HIWIN/PMI linear slide, with high rigidity, low noise, low friction, high sensitivity, can improve the machining speed and accuracy.
3. The column design is raised, and the space for the fourth and fifth axis is reserved.
4. Internnationl standard is adopted for all three axes pre-drawing to compensate thermal deformation of the screw and improve its axial rigidity and machine rigidity.

5. All castings are made of high grade Meehanna cast iron and annealed to eliminate internal stress to ensure machine stability and durable accuracy.
 

Ball screw:
The ball screw bearing is an imported specialized screw bearing, greatly improving the axial rigidity, accuracy, and impact resistance of the feed shaft.
The ball screw and AC servo motor shaft adopt imported couplings for seamless direct transmission, ensuring accurate positioning of mechanical movement.
