1 Machine structure characteristics and functional requirements

1.3 High speed, high precision and high rigidity shell spindle unit, servo spindle motor, can achieve higher spindle speed. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature room. After assembly, it is closed at a constant temperature for 72 hours. After running, it is tested for 72 hours to ensure reliable high-speed and high precision performance.
1.4 Choose the row knife mode, fast tool change speed, high positioning accuracy.
1.5 The X and Z direction feed is directly connected with the lead screw by the servo motor through the high-torque and low-inertia elastic coupling, and the lead screw support adopts the pre-tensile structure, which can eliminate the transmission back backlash and pre-compensate the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool during long-term operation to ensure positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy; The advanced centralized automatic lubrication device is adopted, and the periodic and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication is stable and reliable.
