1PC Ball Valve 1/4"-2" SS201 304 316 1000psi/2000psi with/without lock handle and with/without special butterfly handle

Ball valve is commonly used in the pipeline. It's a kind of quarter-turn valve which use a ball to control the on-off of the flow. Ball valves can be 1pc/2pc/3pc type according to the quantity of body parts they have. 
Here we introduce floating type 1pc threaded ball valve. 1pc ball valve is usually designed as reduced bore which is one or two nominal sizes smaller to restrict flow. The thread can be NPT/ BSPT/ BSPP/G thread or as required. Material like stainless steel 316 / 304, carbon steel WCB are available.

1000 2000WOG Thread Reduce Bore Ball Valves are durable, performing well after many cycles, and reliable, closing securely even after long periods of disuse. These qualities make 1PC Stainless Steel Ball Valves an excellent choice for shut off applications, where they are often preferred to gates and globe valves, but they lack their fine control in throttling applications.

One piece ball valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball to control flow through it. Stainless steel ball valve is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when it is pivoted 90 degrees by the valve handle. Floating thread ball valve handle lies flat in alignment with the flow when open, and is perpendicular to it when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the 1PC ball valve's status.
