Guar Gum (Guar Gum) GB Code: (GB20.025) Guar Gum (Guar Gum) is made from the endosperm part of the leguminous guar (Cyamposis tetragonolobus) after the seeds are peeled and germ, dried and crushed After adding water, pressurized hydrolysis, precipitation with 20% ethanol, centrifugal separation, drying and crushing. The main production area is the dry zone of Pakistan and India or the southeastern part of the United States.
Guar gum is mainly produced in India and Pakistan. Guar gum is obtained from the endosperm part of the guar seeds after peeling and degerming, cleaning, drying and crushing, adding water, pressure hydrolysis, precipitation with 20% ethanol, centrifugal separation, drying and crushing. Commercial glue is generally white to light yellow-brown free-flowing powder, almost odorless, without any other odor, generally containing 75%-85% polysaccharides, 5%-6% protein, 2%-3% fiber and 1 % Ash.
