Product Description

Glassfiber stitched fabric (also called veilmat) is a polyester veil (tissue) stitched to chopped strands. Polyester veil is around 45G/M2 to 50G/M2. Polyester veil has feature of anti-aging & water resistant, and also gives good surface to finished product.

Stitch type: Tricot stitch on veil side, pillar stitch on CS. The chopped length is 100mm. Gauge is F5(space between needles 7mm).

Roll Length: Nominal linear 200meters +/-1m, the min width is from 150-3000mm.

It is for pultrusion, especially for thin pultrusion product, closed mould process, or pipe winding.

Properties:
Thinner but higher in strength than traditional CFM such as unifilo, so It won't be jammed and broken in mold;
Anti-aging and water resistant;
Gives good surface to finished product
