Ceramic Super Intalox Saddle ring   Therefore, the resistance to vapor-liquid is decreased and it facilitates flow and distribution of vapor-liquid through the packing bed. As a result, pressure drop is low and mass transfer efficiency is high.
With the characters of high mechanical strength, high chemical stability, and excellent heat endurance, Super Saddle can resist high or low temperature, acid (except HF), alkali, salt and various organic solvents. It's widely applied in various packing towers of desiccation, absorption, cooling, washing, and regeneration in industries of petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, gas and oxygen generation.

Ceramic Intalox Saddle has excellent acid resistance and heat resistance. It can resist to corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents, and can be used in high or low temperature conditions. Consequently the application range is very wide. It can be used in the drying columns, absorbing columns, cooling towers, scrubbing towers and actifier columns in chemical industry, metallurgy industry, coal gas industry, oxygen producing industry, etc.
 
 
Application
these are half-rings curved by an arc, which belong to the type of irregular packing (Random Packing). That is, that they are randomly buried in the working chambers of the equipment and move freely during heat and mass transfer in closed containers.
