Product Description
Fumaric acid is a colorless, flammable crystalline, carboxylic acid derived from butene. Its chemical formula is C4H4O4. Burning fumaric acid releases pungent maleic anhydride fumes. It tastes like fruit and is found in Corydalis, Boletus, Lichens, and Icelandic Nori.
