Mercerizing penetrating agent 11008

Product Description
11008 is mainly composed of f atty alcohol sodium sulfate complex .
I t can be applied in the mercerizing process for fabrics of cotton and cotton blends, which imparts cotton fibers durable luster like silk and improves dimensional stability  of products.

Features & Benefits
  1. Contains no APEO or phosphorus , etc. Fits environmental protection requirements.
  2. Excellent penetrating property in 21 ~ 30 °Bé  c austic soda solution . C an improve the penetrating property of mercerizing alkali liquor and make the mercerizing process quick and uniform. Saves time.
  3. I n high concentration  alkali  liquor, keep good stability for long time storage.
  4. Low foam and no ammoniacal odour  in high concentration  alkali  liquor.

pH value: 6.0±1.0  (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: S oluble in water

Instruction
  1. For 21 °Bé  low alkali liquor  bath, reference dosage: 5~8 g/ L.
  2. For 30 °Bé  low alkali liquor  bath, reference dosage: 10~15 g/ L.
