Scouring enzyme SC is mainly used in the pretreatment process of cotton yarn and cotton knitted fabric. It can effectively remove all kinds of impurities on the cotton fabric, making the fabric surface smoother, whiter, and soft. When treating with scouring enzyme SC, you can no longer use various additives such as caustic soda, penetrant, scouring agent, oxygen bleaching stabilizer, etc., which simplifies the original process, improves production efficiency, and reduces sewage discharge. It is a major innovation to the traditional process. .

[ Characteristic   and advantages ]

1. It replaces the NaOH , stabilizer and penetrant in the traditional process, which is convenient to use and saves costs.

2. The treated yarn and fabric have good wool effect and high whiteness, which can improve the quality of subsequent dyeing.

3. Good impurity removal effect, mild in nature, and no damage to fibers.

4. Dyeing/scouring and bleaching plus white one-bath treatment can be carried out to shorten the process flow and save costs.

5. This product does not contain phosphorus, APEO and other prohibited ingredients

  Yarn scouring and bleaching: scouring enzyme  SC 1-1.5g/L  H2O2 5-7g/L

98-102 ºC *50-70min

   Fabric scouring and bleaching: scouring enzyme SC 2-3g/L   30% H2O2 7-10g/L

                             95-98 ºC *50-70min

    Note: It is recommended to use hot water heating material (especially in winter) to avoid uneven chemical material.

[ Packing and storage ]

40 kg /plastic bucket

Placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heat, moisture and exposure. The shelf life is 6 months.
