Product overview:
RG-NR520 wetting degassing agent can be used as dyeing auxiliaries, degassing agent and rolling over rate improver for cotton and blended fabrics, especially for cold pad-batch bleaching and desizing process. It also could be used as penetrant, defoamer and degassing agent for wool, polyester, cellulosic fiber and blended

Physicochemical index:
Composition: phosphate ester salt
Appearance: colorless to yellow viscous fluid with a slight odor
Ionic property: anion
P H value: 7.0-8.0 (1% bath solution)
Solubility: soluble in water, when the concentration > 15g/L, the solution becomes opaque.
Compatibility: good compatibility with anionic and nonionic surfactants
Wash ability: easy to wash and remove, so no effect on water-repellent treatment.

Performance features and application:
1. This product can be used as a low foam pad dyeing assistant for continuous and semi-continuous dyeing of cotton and its blended fabrics, which can improve the rolling over rate and effectively improve the permeability and levelness in the dyeing process.
For the fabrics with poor pretreatment, due to the uneven wool effect, the compatibility of dyes is different, which may lead to dyeing defects. The permeability RG-NR520 can improve the capillary efficiency of cloth, thus improving the compatibility of dyes and ensuring more uniform dyeing.
2. This product has excellent low foam performance and good wetting effect:
(1) this product can be used as wetting agent and degassing agent, especially for the pretreatment of cheese, to improve the consistency of inner and outer layers.
(2) this product can also be used as a wetting agent and degassing agent in dyeing with large bath ratio, which can ensure that the cheese dyed in large bath ratio can quickly remove air, making the dye quickly and evenly permeate into the fiber.
3. Low foaming, alkali resistance and reducing agent resistance, this product is the first choice for indigo dyeing, which can significantly improve the permeability of indigo dyeing.
4. This product does not contain organic solvent, does not damage and accelerate roller aging.
5. This product is a low temperature wetting agent with best efficiency under 40 ºC .At temperatures above 40 ºC , use should be increased to ensure wet ability.

Product application:
1. Recommended dosage:
Bobbin pretreatment: 1-2g/L;
Denim dyeing: 2-5g/L;
Continuous staining: 0.5-3 g/L.
2. Used as pad dyeing AIDS and wetting agents in continuous pad dyeing or large bath ratio dyeing with the following types of dyes:
VAT dyes, indigo dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes, disperse dyes and sulfur dyes.
After pre-dissolving the wetting degassing agent rg-nr520 with cold water, it can be used in a pad bath or dyeing bath. The dosage is as follows:
Rolling dyeing: 2.5-5 g/L;
Large bath ratio staining: 1-2 g/L.

Packing and shipping:
50L, 125L or 160L plastic drum packing.
