Q1: Can the product be shipped to my area?
A1: We export to most countries/regions (Centre/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, AU). We will check and confirm for you after you provide the region.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A3: 10 days for<200kW requirements, we need to negotiate if your needs ≥200kW.
Q2: How can I make payment?
A2:100% TT or maximum we can accept 30% TT in advance and 70% TT upon goods ready before shipment
Q4: What is the mode of transport?
A4: International section is generally sea transport, after entry we will use multimodal transport of rail, barge.
Q5: what's the warranty?
A5:12 years enhanced product warranty on materials and workmanship, 25 years linear power output warranty. More detail please refer to our limited warranty statement
