Our factory provides graphite electrodes of different specifications with diameters from 50-900mm (2 '- 36'), including Regular power graphite electrode (RP), impregnated graphite electrode, high power graphite electrode (HP) and ultra-high power graphite electrode (UHP).


We have a complete set of graphite electrode production line. The graphite electrode of our products has the advantages of compact structure, good electrical and thermal conductivity, strong oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, low resistivity and large current load resistance. It is widely used in heavy industrial electric arc furnace, steel plant, foundry and other related industries.
 

Brief Introduction :

There are different grades specified within both electrode types, such as:

· HP - High Power

· HD - High Density

· UHP - Ultra High Power

· SHP - Super High Power

Graphite electrodes are mainly used in electric arc furnace. They are presently the only products available that have the high levels of electrical conductivity and the capability of sustaining the extremely high levels of heat generated in EAF. Graphite electrodes are also used to refine steel in ladle furnaces and in other smelting processes. Graphite electrodes are divided into 4 Types: RP Graphite electrodes, HP Graphite electrodes, SHP Graphite electrodes, UHP Graphite electrodes.
