Color Coated Galvanized Steel Sheets / Coils

The color coated steel (PPGI) is proceeded through the chemical treating (degreasing, phosphatizing, Chromate passivating) on the surface of steel sheet (galvanized sheet, Aluminium-Zinc galvanized sheet, Nickel coated etc.), then is painted (the roller scribbles) with the color coating and baked.
The color coated steel has the same strength and shape-exchanging performance of steel, at the same time it has same excellent performances of organism material on adornment and anti-erode . the coating adhesive force on the color-coated steel sheets is very strong, with technical and skilled processing the color coated steel sheets could keep the color layer and novel luster for years even tens years.
The color-coated steel sheets are widely used in many fields, such as constructions, electrical home appliances, furniture, communal facilities, also communications and transportations, etc.
